Kapen Logistics Inc ("Kapen Logistics," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Load42.ai mobile app (the "App") and collects only the data the App needs to work. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the information you provide to us when using the App.

We collect the following information and link it to your account:

Background location. If you choose "Always Allow," the App collects your location while it is closed or not on screen. This happens while you are signed in as a driver and tracking is on, so your dispatcher can see where the truck is. You can turn tracking off in the App's Settings or in your device's Location Services. Turning it off limits live tracking but does not stop the rest of the App from working.
How we use your information
We use your information to run the App and its services:
- Operate your account and sign you in
- Share live location, estimated arrival times, and load status with your dispatcher and fleet
- Deliver chat messages and attach uploaded photos and documents to loads
- Send push notifications about loads, messages, and account activity
- Provide customer support when you contact us
Providing Services: We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the App, including providing customer support and personalized content.
Communications: We may use your contact information to send you important updates, notifications, and promotional messages about the App and our services.
Analytics: We may use analytics tools to analyze usage patterns, track trends, and gather demographic information to improve the App's performance and user experience.
How we share information
Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, processing payments, or providing other services on our behalf.
